Malverde:

With an original prophetic hip-hop style, Malverde’s artistic inspirations draw upon the legend of Robin hood-type, Jesus Malverde. His lyrics echo a lost epoch of sayings, expressions and wise tales past generations lived by. Raised among mainly immigrant farmers, Malverde’s story is one of rags to riches, where opportunities to grow were very limited.

His music reflects a Mexican style of Californian Latin hip hop, whose captivating lyrics focus on life, action and consequence, which set him apart from most Latin rappers.
